RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 
14 day return policy 
Tags MUST be attached and receipt accompanied.
Store credit or exchanges eligible for items bought at full price. No refunds to original form of payment. STORE CREDIT only. 
Store credit will be given via physical or digital gift card and/or email. 
Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, odor and pet hair free.
For online purchases, the same policy applies with 14 days of delivery receipt. 
Shoes must be unworn with NO scuffs. 
Price adjustments are NOT offered if any item goes on sale after the purchase date.
All items must be shipped to Che Jo’s Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping is at customers expense. Not responsible for any lost or missing packages during the shipping process.
