RETURNS:
- 14 day return policy
- Tags MUST be attached and receipt accompanied.
- Store credit or exchanges eligible for items bought at full price.
- No refunds to original form of payment. STORE CREDIT only.
- Store credit will be given via physical or digital gift card and/or email.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, odor and pet hair free.
- For online purchases, the same policy applies with 14 days of delivery receipt.
- Shoes must be unworn with NO scuffs.
- Price adjustments are NOT offered if any item goes on sale after the purchase date.
- All items must be shipped to Che Jo’s Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered.
- Return shipping is at customers expense.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages during the shipping process.

- Over the 14 day return window.
- Tags unattached
- NO proof of purchase
- Discounted items of ANY kind.
- Seasonal, accessories, home, or gift items.
- Has been worn, washed, or damaged. Scented or contains pet hair.
SHIPPING:
- All items must be shipped to Che Jo’s Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered.
- Return shipping is at customers expense.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages during the shipping process.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- Must be reported within 48 hours. Tags must be attached.
