Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS:

  • 14 day return policy
  • Tags MUST be attached and receipt accompanied.
  • Store credit or exchanges eligible for items bought at full price.
  • No refunds to original form of payment. STORE CREDIT only.
  • Store credit will be given via physical or digital gift card and/or email.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, odor and pet hair free.
  • For online purchases, the same policy applies with 14 days of delivery receipt.
  • Shoes must be unworn with NO scuffs.
  • Price adjustments are NOT offered if any item goes on sale after the purchase date.
  • All items must be shipped to Che Jo’s Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered.
  • Return shipping is at customers expense.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages during the shipping process.

YES:

  • Within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or email)
  • NOT discounted, seasonal, accessories, home, or gift items.
  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, pet hair and odor free.

NO:

  • Over the 14 day return window.
  • Tags unattached
  • NO proof of purchase
  • Discounted items of ANY kind.
  • Seasonal, accessories, home, or gift items.
  • Has been worn, washed, or damaged. Scented or contains pet hair. 

SHIPPING:

  • All items must be shipped to Che Jo’s Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered.
  • Return shipping is at customers expense.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages during the shipping process.
  • If your return aligns with our policy, please ship or bring the item(s) to the address listed

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours. Tags must be attached.
  • Contact chelseam@chejosboutique.com with a picture of the defective item, your order number, and your first & last name.
