What is the return policy?
- 14 days to exchange or return for store credit
- Tags MUST be attached and receipt accompanied.
- Store credit or exchanges eligible for items bought at full price. No refunds to original form of payment. STORE CREDIT only.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, odor and pet hair free.
- Shoes must be unworn with NO scuffs.
Are any purchases final sale?

- Seasonal/Holiday related items
- Jewelry, accessories, eyewear, home, and gift items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is the return policy extended for the Holidays?
Within 14 days of purchase:
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged per our standard policy.
After 14 days (but before January 10):
Eligible items may only be exchanged - no returns/refunds
*January 10 is the final day for exchanges on December purchases*
*Excludes all Holiday/Discounted/Home/Jewelry/Accessory items *
